We meet every young person where they are. Enrollment is based on age and grade level: middle school young men join YMOD, middle school young women join YLOD, and high school students join our co-ed YPOD program.

Our flagship youth mentoring and leadership development program empowers middle school young men with the skills, confidence, and support needed to become successful young adults — through mentorship, interactive workshops, community service, and positive male role models, built on the core values of Honor, Respect, Dedication, and Commitment.
Young Ladies of Distinction (YLOD)
Middle school • Young women
A mentoring and leadership development program created to empower middle school young women as they develop confidence, character, leadership skills, and a strong sense of self — through mentorship, sisterhood, and exposure to new opportunities.
Young People of Distinction (YPOD)
High school • Co-ed
A co-ed leadership and youth development program designed for high school students preparing for the transition into college, careers, and adulthood — with mentorship, college and career preparation, financial literacy, and real-world experiences.
